"Pull back on the stick and the houses get smaller"(P 42)

Big houses, Little houses

The basic principles are easy to grasp. You have a control column, sometimes called a joystick, a throttle lever for each engine and a rudder pedal for each foot. Pull back on the stick and the houses get smaller. Push forward and the houses get bigger. Keep pushing forward and the houses get alarmingly bigger! Push the stick left and we go left. Push the stick right and...surely you can figure that one out for yourself.
