The Nervous Passengers' Guide to Flying, by Tug Wilson

Why bother to read this book?

Is your head spinning round and round? If so, hold your cursor over the revolving book to  see what you look like......

.....that's you - a poor little old lady with a very bad dose of the shakes.

(Even if you're a member of the opposite gender you still look like a little old lady).

So, read on....

This page introduces you to a Web Site which is designed to teach and entertain.

There are so very many people who are afraid of the prospect of flying, plenty of them the sort of tough guys that you see playing Premiership Football, Rugby League and the like, that this book is aimed at the whole cross-section of non-flyers, from hard nuts to little old ladies.

And what an excellent Seven Quid's-worth it is - simple explanations of every aspect of air travel, from your arrival at the departure airport to your dropping down (oops!) at your destination, with plenty of information on all the things in between, such as customs, baggage, life in the cabin, the air crew, the noises, the movements and all those things that make you shake inside.

There is no claim that every reader will be immediately cured of his or her fears, once the book is read, but there can be no doubt that, having learned from this book, there will be many people with an enhanced understanding of "jetting off" - and that is a very good first step in overcoming something which is at best a nuisance, and at worst a life-spoiler.
